Heidi was amazing! I booked an appointment online and left notes in the comments. Heidi was ready for me bright and early at 7am! She had a great knowledge of the products as well as the area. I was all done by 8:15am! I had never been to this location before so she explained what was included and what would be considered an extra or up-do. I am over the moon with how simple the process was, how well Heidi explained the hairstyle options and products used. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and the local options. I will absolutely be coming back!
I love Blo Dry Bar. I have been to this location and multiple other locations in different cities. It is always an awesome blo out and nice service. Always recommend this place!!
I came there for many many times. and this place getting worst and worst.
They sent the email for 25% promotion to book online in advance. But i only need to do the hair styles, no need to do blow and shampoo. of course there is no link for me to book online for the services i need.
Called them, made 3 appointments ahead , make sure everything will be ok with the promotion.
Came in and the girl name Susan checked me out, didn't want to give me an discount. and said will do only this time and tell me have to do it online , not thru them. oh well. very rude staffs, unprofessional services. i cancelled all my future services.
I was contacted by Paige, she went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she reset my hair for free, she refunded me from yesterday. She was very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I'm here from out of town, and will be making 1 more visit before I leave. Good customer service goes a long way! I highly recommend using this location for your hair service needs. I'm sure you will leave happy, but if not you can count on them to make things right. *updated
Spent $45 on a blow out today that didn't even hold. Within 2 hours I had to put my hair in a bun. Waste of money for me. I've had $20 blowouts better than this one. *original
