Kristy at the front desk was so nice and i went in for tattoo removal and ended up hooking for laser hair removal as well! Such nice girls and a great clinic!
I tried to make an appointment online. When I got a call from a lady name Arianna to confirm my consultatIon I said yes that’s fine to over the phone. When the day of my consultation came, she told me that she couldn’t talk on the phone and she rather text about it, And she never even replied I was ready to spend my money but this is just unprofessional!
I am currently a customer receiving coolsculting and laser hair removal. From beginning the service received from Melanie was awful, she was rude & did not seem to want to help me AT ALL. The second time I went in the same thing happened again. The only time I received a decent service and was tended to was from Eric(the store manager?) I went in fir a follow up treatment a couple weeks ago and yet again the same thing. Melanie promises treatments and then proceeds to act as if she didn’t say anything because of last minute cancellations. If I had not started my treatments there I would of asked for my money back and gone somewhere else because the service here is just a dissapointment.
I scheduled an appointment at this location & when I got there everybody at the front desk is very unapproachable except for the lady with the colored eyes and eric(I believe) the location manager. For one, you hear them talking about you right there and 2. They will mark you down as a no show even if you call ahead. My first time ever doing laser hair removal and this place has not made me feel welcomed since beginning treatments. Seems to be race related at this point…..
