Absolutely love this salon & am so grateful for Echo. Previous hair color was done by a different salon and I did not like it whatsoever. Echo was able to color correct and begin the process of taking me back blonde without compromising the integrity of my hair. From here on out I only trust her with my hair !! Definitely recommend booking an appointment.

I absolutely loved my first experience at Grotto Wax Westminster. It is easily located and had plenty of parking. I was greeted and welcomed and offered a water right away. The studio is clean, modern, and beautiful. I enjoyed the staff and aesthetic of the studio. I got a body wax done and I loved the experience. I had the esthetician Aurelia, 11/10 stars. I will absolutely be returning. I also enjoyed the knowledge of skin care and the products in the studio. Will be recommending to my friends!

I scheduled for a piercing appointment and I had went all the way into the shop and waited about 10 minutes there until they told me my piercer was out sick and didn’t let me know before hand. I had to put in a deposit for the piercing which they said they’d refund and it’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve gotten nothing and haven’t been able to contact the manager so they just took my money after not letting me know before hand that no one was there to do the piercing for me. Very professional people until it comes to a mistake that’s been made on their part.

My daughter (13 years old) came in to get her hair cut, I was unable to bring her personally so I let her walk and get her hair done. The cut itself is great, my daughter previously had blue hair that was very outgrown and the lady ended up actually being able to cut all the blue out while keeping the style and length my daughter wanted HOWEVER as she was doing this she told my daughter that she “was cutting the sin out of her hair” this is COMPLETELY unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable! I am absolutely livid!
