Extremely unprofessional. I have made at least 4 trips to their salon for a refill service and got turned away every time for a variety of excuses always on their end. One time I was simply told "all the stylists went home" the acrylic experience is rough and unenjoyable and even left me with 2 cuts. And do not expect someone to greet you or at least ask what service you want when you walk in. When they do actually do their job its done decently. But there are better salons out there.

This is the best eyebrow salon I have been to in my life, and I have been to at least 30 eyebrow salons (I move a lot). I returned to Cambridge in May to attend graduation—this salon was the first place I went. She shaped my eyebrows in such a flattering way--and I will sincerely miss going to this salon.

Did my bridal hair and makeup and for my mom, sis, and mother-in-law. She's very friendly, and decently priced, and as someone who generally HATES makeup and have serious headache if I put my hair up too long, she did an amazing job making me feel beautiful, but still like myself for my wedding.
