Everyone from the front desk personnel to Dina the massage therapist were excellent.
I’d recommend Elements Massage.
I really needed a massage and the massage therapist, knew all the right spots to target. AMAZING... I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
I arrived for the massage a few minutes early, but then had to fill the paperwork which took ~5-10 minutes so ultimately, my massage didn’t start until closer to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Which would have been fine if I was still given a 60 minute massage as I had paid for, but instead, the masseuse ended the massage 5 minutes EARLIER than the SCHEDULED end time. So I ended up only receiving a 40 minute massage when I had already (over)paid for 60 minutes.
Very disappointed. And as someone who gets regular massages, was not really wow-ed by those 40 minutes either...
