My mom who is legally blind went last week to do her nails and did not realize the lady didn't even do 3 of her finger nails at all! So since they were closed for the NY holiday, she went back and the lady did not take ownership at all. Way to take advantage of someone!

The staff is very unexperienced. I got waxing and my nails done here. The person who did my nails, used a dry nail polish with the help of liquid which made this nail polish come off within the next 24hrs. Waste of complete $15. And anyone who ever did waxing in his/her life would know that wax needs to be applied in the direction of hair growth and strips should be pulled in the opposite direction for smooth results. The lady who did waxing had no clue about how waxing is done. She was not wearing gloves and also didn't hold the skin while pulling the strip. It was such a painful experience literally. There were hair left at many places. Waste of my money and time.

Every time I come I am greeted warmly and asked what I'd like before being asked to pick a color. These are the type of honest hard working local business owners that you wanna support. I've never had Tinas husband do my nails but the other older gentleman was very nice and did a lovely job.

Hands down the best nails I've ever had. This is the second time I have had my nails done at this salon and I am very satisfied! The Owner Tina is so sweet and friendly. She takes her time, my nails actually last, and they are absolutely beautiful

This place is horrible!!! I went in for a full set last Saturday. One of my nails broke the same day. The acrylic on my nails are chipping away. IT'S ONLY BEEN A WEEK, NOT EVEN A WEEK. This place lacks customer service. They are rude and racist toward women of color. Please please do not support this business! Please and thank you
