I can't believe I didn't read the reviews! This place is horrible! After arriving for my 4:30 appointment Tina started on my pedi around 5:15. She's sweet however only two nail tech knew how to do acrylic which I found extremely strange. They finally started on my nails around 6:30. I continued to say I DON'T WANT GEL. She still put Gel on my nails and said it was just regular nail polish. I still asked for POWDER. Not to mention I COULD READ THE BOX. I don't know if it was the language barrier, but she could not or did not want to understand me. She threw her nail clippers at me and began to yell in her native language. A complete waste of time!

What 4 1/2 hour and 78 dollars gets you… the first nail tech I had was great with building my set but once I got passed to another tech for color it all went down hill she messed the shape up cause she re painted my nails 4 times then the tech after didn’t even let the gel dry all the way at this point and put 6 coats on a chrome nail??? I wanted to just go home my hands hurt from all the grinding and being Nicked and they still had the stones to let me leave with a messed up set and pay full price. These pictures are 5 hours after the set

Terrible service. We had an appointment and one of the ladies I think her name is Tracy, started to work on my nails. She wasn’t doing the process other ones here always follow. She wanted to file my nails so much that it started to hurt, I told her not to do that, she put my mails into pure acetone, my skin didn’t look good I told her again to be more delicate and she got mad, said she had another appointment and left me waiting for someone else, even though I booked my appointment fist… I have a family member that had the same bad experience with her too. So bad they have this terrible service
