Don’t waste your time! They act like customers are an inconvenience to them. They make you sign in, wait and then they call you up to the desk only to tell you that they’re booked the rest of the day but they can accommodate you another time. Unprofessional and not worth the trouble — take your business elsewhere.
I called to ask about a service and they stated that they are fully booked. It was only 10am in the morning!
They don’t know how to schedule appointment or write down the service you want this has happened on multiple occasions I feel as it is poor management
No one really knows what they’re doing, I get that it’s school but come on now how many clients have y’all had several of you guys should get it by now. I’ve been here a few time getting my hair colored and so far so good until June this lady messed my hair leaving me looking like a baboon. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and ended up receiving a massive mess my hair was to even straighten right she didn’t even fully blow dry it. I will not be going here anymore due to poor service.
FINALLY!! Makenzie did an absolutely perfect haircut for me. She listened to what I wanted and did just that. I hope I can keep track of her when she graduates! Thank you sooo much for fixing this frazzled mess! ❤️
