Very nice staff so far as I could tell, but I will not return for another haircut. My hair is longer on one side than the other. It is cut differently on the left side than on the right and consequently lays differently. I just wasn't impressed. I had high hopes because of the good reviews.

I attended for 4+ years this salon and for my last 3 appointments the stylist had done a very unprofessional job. My hair cut wan't right, the color didn't turned out good, I heard stylists' talking about customers, and the owner never came to check the correction the stylist needed to do on my hair. She knew I was there to have a color correction but never came to see if I, as a customer was pleased with the color. I left the salon very unhappy and unpleased with the work and attention they provided. I know they have demand because of ND so it shows that they don't care if one of two customers don't come back. They made me feel like they didn't care of my satisfaction!
I went Andi and she was fantastic. I tried the Ombre coloring with a layered haircut for brunette wavy/curly shoulder length hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted (not platinum blond on the bottom) and blended it perfectly. I am so happy with my color and cut. If you are nervous getting your hair cut/colored in South Bend, go here and you won't be. They do quality work.
