These location promoted an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL makeup artist named Ivette JoAnn who I booked for a photoshoot. They used this business to get her clientele, and they really should’ve known better than to do so because she failed to even show up to her booking that was planned for several weeks and wasted the time of people who invested a lot of money to be there. This salon deserves 1 star for promoting someone so shady and undeserving. Find quality people to represent your business with, you all look absolutely terrible and just as unreliable as she does. What a joke.

DO NOT GO TO EITHER LOCATION. $350 for this ‘color correction’ the salon insisted since I did my own hair over quarantine that I had to go to MONICA who did an absolute garbage job on touch up my roots. The beautiful light blonde is what I did myself at home and the orange roots are what MONICA did to my hair. I asked to come back in and they told me I HAD TO GO BACK TO MONICA IN ORDER TO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO FIX IT. I won’t be back and continue to tell all my blonde friends not to go.

Being a long time customer of this gorgeous salon, I thought I share my feelings about it. Everyone here is so professional and friendly. I've used several stylists and never been disappointed. They also have a little gift shop and makeup artists. Several locations. All lovely. Highly recommend.

Love Love Love Jose Luis. Lived in Austin my entire life looking for the perfect salon and I’ve found it. I’ve been going to Jose Luis since I met Jose 7 years ago. Mathew has always been my go to hair dresser there. He’s AMAZING. I’ve gotten bobs, balayage, bangs, and literally everything under the sun here and never left disappointed.

It's a breeze to book appointments here as the phone is answered 7 days a week! One of their Austin salons is open every day of the week so you're covered if you need an 11th hour blowout or updo. The pandemic protocols are top notch with pre-appointment checks-Ins, temperature readings, social distancing, hand-sanitizing, and much more. I feel 100% comfortable here. The stylists and designers are exceptional-five stars!
