I've had my extensions for almost a week now and I love them! I had someone else do my extensions and they were done totally wrong. After searching and doing some research I found DeeDee and she did an amazing job! Thank you so much for fixing my hair and now I love my hair again. Can't thank you enough!!! . I found my extension lady for life.
Dede put my extensions in for years then REFUSED TO TAKE THEM OUT when I couldn't afford them anymore. My hair is RUINED, the extensions tore out and broke my hair at the bond. I became dependent upon them because when I saw my horrible short to my scalp hair during the replacement appointment I was shocked and scared. My original hair was shoulder length. I feel it's unethical and unkind for her to refuse to remove what she put in. I want to concentrate on getting normal hair back during Covid now that I cannot pay thousands a year for my hair. She didn't refuse because of Covid, she said she only wants to put them in, not take them out. That's wrong! DON'T get bonded extensions from Dede!
I had a very short pixie cut and hated the process of growing it out so I decided to try hair extensions for the first time. It took me a while to get used to them but I absolutely love them now! Dede was great and answered all of my questions and made sure I left happy and satisfied with my look.

Dede was amazing!! The service she provided was outstanding and her customer service was above and beyond!! Dede worked with me over email to set up my appointment and color match the extensions I wanted. I spent several hours getting my hair dyed, extensions and a cut all in one day and Dede did it all with great conversation and a smile! She provided a small lunch while my hair was dying and sent me home with a goody bag to care for my new hair. Thank you Dede you're services were exceptional!
