Had the worst wax of my life there today.
The person didn't leave the room for a second for me to change. Went over every area two or three times and slabbed the wax on like they were trying to varnish a deck. Jesus Christ no one should be that rough with sensitive areas!
I noticed a few pieces of wax on there and was about to point it out when she almost screamed "you're done now". Again. Didn't leave the room. Went back to her computer screen and turned her back.... It all felt very very wrong.
Maddison at South Lamar was amazing!!!!! She made my nerves go away and was patient with me. Love love love her!!
As always this location is above and beyond phenomenal! Go see Katie who did me good and game the best feel good experience that I needed! This is the best wax location in Austin and I won't be going anywhere else!
I have been to many EWCs across many states, but today I had the best experience by far by waxer Dela R. She took the time to explain each step she was doing each time she did it - which may seem repetitive and unnecessary to some but to me shows good work ethic. On top of that, when she did my eyebrows she literally took the waxing stick and handed me a mirror to show me the places and process by which she was going to wax to make sure it was what I wanted. I have been going to EWC for 10+ years and this is the first time someone took the time to show me that. Thank you Dela and I will be back to this location because of you!
Love there services and LOVE Maddison! She makes the process so easy, quick, comfortable and she's hilarious!
