Nowhere else you can find a more pleasing, excellent service and warm atmosphere. Talk about results with these massages and you have chosen the right place and therapist. Affordable and well recommended.

Ani at Body Psychology provides perfect mix of intuitive magic + experienced hands (she is a professor at the school in town!). I appreciate the loving, trauma-informed work she does. I always feel better after leaving and getting a massage every other week for the past few months has been one of the best things I've done for my body!

I have been seeing Ani regularly for the past 2 years. She is the most skilled therapist I have ever been to. She employs a variety of techniques to address the myofascial issues that I have. She even finds areas of tension that serve as the generator of tightness elsewhere. And, she is just a kind and really cool person. I have also been seen by Carmen, and she is similarly gifted as a massage therapist. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Body Psychology!

There is no other massage therapist in Austin I trust more than Ani and her team at Body Psychology. Their intuitive and compassionate approach to healing opens the dialogue between your body, mind and spirit. Old wounds that have been buried in painful areas of your body get to be addressed and healed in a peaceful and loving environment. Body Psychology isn't for everybody. If you're just looking for a basic deep tissue, swedish or sports massage there are plenty of other places to go. However, if you are struggling with past trauma or feel like you're emotionally or spiritually blocked there is no place in Austin better suited to give you the help you need.
