Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Parked in the curbside spot, selected the I'm Here button in their email and after adding car information, etc. select enter. Receive an error and the store's phone number. Ok, I try again, still doesn't work so I call the store. No answer. No other option but to go in the store to pick up my items. I have NO CLUE why no one could answer the phone because there was no one in line except the one person the cashier was checking out. Do not place a curbside pick up button in your email, have a parking spot for that, have the check in not work (on purpose?) and employees too lazy to answer the phone if you do not want to have customers use it.
