Words can't explain how upset I am at my hairstyle. My sideburns are uneven, my hair was cut as if in a bowl and it only took 5 mins. Nothing was fix how I wanted it to look and when I suggested something to be fix I was look at like "I did what you ask, stick to my style." I came in to get a haircut that looks like a women hairstyle but ended up getting half off hairstyle that looks like a man... Thanks Elizabeth
The other day I had went to get a haircut and there was a line of 4 people they said the wait would be at least 30m. I decided to run to a store to get what I need which was less then 15 m cause the store was next to the great clips. Anyways, I walked in and there was no line. I felt odd. It was my turn to get a haircut and it didn't even take 10m to finish, also the hairstylist was very impatient and while she was cutting hair. The next day I started to notice a difference in my hair style. I will never recommend this store again for I have been a loyal customer. I am very dissatisfied.
