Canceled my appointment three hours before the designated time. That’s when I decided to read the reviews. Boy, was I horrified! Apparently, that is the way they frequently operate. In addition, it would seem that they also frequently make unauthorized charges on the credit card that they take to secure the appointment. I immediately went to Groupon to get refunded. Texted to let her know that if any charges were made to my card there would be legal ramifications. Not a good Groupon experience, and I think I will just deal with my natural lashes. Live and learn.

These people steal from their clients! I used a groupon and they charged me $20 for the tint for an eyelash perm. 3 weeks later they charged $710 to my debit card! I called them and they made it seem like they were going to add the money back and acted as if they didn't know how it happened. They stopped answering my phone calls after a few days and I had to report this to my bank. Do not do business with them. They steal and as you will see there are other reviews in here that this has happened to many other people.

This company is very un professional and tried committing FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT. I was very upset to hear this news cause I work hard for my money. And they tried TAKING 1,200 hundred dollars out of my account!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

This company tried committing FRAUD on my account! What excuse does a business have to try and charge $1,210.60!!?!?? When trying to reach out, the staff was completely unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE! save your money and your bank account.

My daughter had her appointment cancelled and left an unfavorable review. They tried to charge her card $1200.00 for no reason. Thank God her bank caught the fraud attempt. Be careful dealing with the place.
