On time with my appointment. Only took 20 min for a gel manicure, which would have been great if it was good quality. My nails are very uneven and full of bubbles and chunky. Very rushed

They messed up my friends nails and we went back they fixed hers and gave me a clear coat but it should have been done right the 1st instead of wasting time to go back and have their mistakes fixed. All in all an experience we won't have again.

I have been to this nail salon 2 times (at a friends request) and both times have been a HORRIBLE experience. The first time I went there it took 2 hours to get a simple manicure done and the quality was sub par. The second time I went there I asked for a simple French tip and it turned out really bad, the nails are so thick and the “tip” covers 60% of my nail despite the lady telling me she could do a French tip. If you want reasonably timed, good quality nails go somewhere else.

The first time I went I had excellent service. Loved it. Then I went today, booked an appointment the first time I went for this appointment. Didn’t get the girl I thought I booked with a d had some young lady that acted like this was her first time doing a pedicure. The worst pedicure. Very basic, no filing, no cleaning under the nail, no massage, nothing! She was going to Give me a manicure but I just wanted to get the hell out of here. And the fact that I know they are talking about all of us is so unprofessional. Went to pay after opting out of my SCHEDULED manicure and paid with a card and the girl had the audacity to ask If I wanted to add a tip. No I did not. I won’t refer them .
